In 2004, a couple of entrepreneurs started laying the groundwork for what would, in 2006, become Promising Projects...
Promising Projects was borne for the purpose of nurturing projects from ideas through growth and into maturity.
At Promising Projects, we evaluate each proposed project on a case-by-case basis. The scope and nature of our involvement in a particular project may vary drastically from project to project, depending on whether the nature of the project fits within the envisioned direction and portfolio of Promising Projects.
We intend to maintain a diverse portfolio of unusual and original ideas that are not borne of the mainstream or attempts to cleverly mimic or slightly deviate from the mainstream.
We will only work with people who demonstrate open-mindedness, willingness, humility, creativity, and a desire to develop the expression of gifts and talents within themselves for the benefit of the greater good.
We do not have any tolerance for what we dub 'big-shot-ism' or have a desire to be involved with projects that are driven solely by ego. The projects for which we propose will be solid projects for which we see the Possibility of paving the way for significant contributions that effect positive change in the lives of people and those surrounded or involved in the project.
So what do we do? In a nutshell here it is:
Our primary purpose is to bring the spirit of entrepreneurship together with the soul of the arts.
